Supply Teacher - Flexible WorkingWellingborough | Full-Time & Part-Time Available | Up to £160 per Day (PAYE) Are you a qualified teacher looking for a better work-life balance, or simply more flexibility in your career? We are working with a number of primary schools across Wellingborough who are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to cover day-to-day, short-term and long-term absences. Whether you're looking to work one day a week or five, we can offer opportunities that fit around your availability. Supply teaching is a great way to gain experience in different schools, maintain a flexible schedule and focus on teaching without the additional workload that often comes with a permanent role. The Role • Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment. • Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school's policies. • Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups. • Ensure pupils remain on task and continue making progress throughout the day. • Provide clear handover notes for the class teacher where required. What We're Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • Experience teaching within UK primary schools. • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. • A flexible and professional approach. • Confidence teaching across different year groups is desirable. • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is beneficial, although we can support with a new application if needed.
