Mandatory Candidate Criteria • Professional Registration: Active registration with Social Work England. • Frontline Competency: Substantive post-qualifying experience within a statutory frontline children's safeguarding team (Child Protection, CIN, or Duty & Assessment). • Driver: Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle for community-based visits.
