Support Worker

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker in the NN4 area. The Role: • Full-time Support Worker position based in the NN4 area of Northampton • Minimum commitment of 6 weeks required, with potential for a longer-term opportunity • Flexible rota-based shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm • Sleep-in opportunities available • Driver preferred but not essential • Immediate start available Essential Requirements: • Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience • Experience working with children and/or young people is highly desirable • Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour preferred • Previous experience in an EBD home, residential care setting, or similar environment is advantageous • Experience with personal care, medication, and moving & handling • Ability to commit to full-time flexible rota work for at least 6 weeks • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role) • Reliable, resilient, and compassionate approach to care If you have experience supporting children and young people and are looking for a rewarding Support Worker role in Northampton (NN4), we would love to hear from you.
