We are looking for Support Workers to join our team at Cygnet Taunton. Cygnet Hospital Taunton provides acute inpatient admissions service for men and women and a specialist inpatient service for men diagnosed with a learning disability. In addition a new neuro cognitive service line for men, coming soon. Your Day-to-Day… £13.45 per hour You’ll be working 38.5 hours a week in mental health setting with mental health service users. • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required • Safeguard • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all You are… • Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives • An excellent communicator and a good team player • Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment • Helping to empower & support service user independence.
