You’ll work in and around the Leeds area, helping individuals live more independently while delivering person-centred care and encouragement. Responsibilities • Supporting clients with daily living tasks and personal care according to individual needs • Encouraging independence and positive choices • Assisting with medication where trained • Building positive relationships with clients and colleagues • Adapting to different care environments across various settings Skills and Experience • Minimum of six months' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or physical disabilities • A full driver’s licence is an advantage but not essential • Medications training is useful—if you don’t have this, training will be provided • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not offered) • Reliability, flexibility, and a compassionate, proactive approach to care Location and Package • Role based in Scarborough, with clients located in and around the Leeds area • Contract/agency position with flexible hours to fit your lifestyle If you’re passionate about care and looking for a flexible opportunity to develop your career while making a genuine difference, this Support Worker position is for you.
