Your Schedule & Earnings We offer a structured, predictable rota that allows you to plan your life around work, alongside highly competitive rates and extra cash incentives. • Average Hours: 35 hours per week. • The Rota (Two-Week Rotating Cycle): • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday • Shift Patterns (Split Shifts): 07:30 - 13:00 & 17:00 - 21:30 • Pay Rates: • Weekdays: £12.80 per hour • Weekends: £16.80 per hour • Overtime Bonuses: Earn an extra £25 per dayshift and £35 per backshift! Key Responsibilities • Personalized Care: Provide hands-on daily living support and personal care tailored to individual client needs. • Medication & Wellbeing: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor overall client health. • Community Connection: Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and local activities. • Communication: Keep accurate, up-to-date daily care records and liaise warmly with families and the wider care team. What We Are Looking For • Driver's License: A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. • Location: You must live within a 30-minute radius of Tayport, St Andrews, or Cupar. • Gender-Specific Roles: We are specifically seeking female staff for the Tayport and St Andrews positions due to the personal care requirements of our current clients.* • Experience: Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential-we provide full, paid training! • Attributes: A kind heart, a reliable work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
