Working closely with clinical teams and administrative staff, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce delays and maximise the utilisation of available capacity. You will monitor waiting lists, theatre utilisation, clinic activity and service performance to ensure operational targets are achieved. Through effective planning and coordination, you will support the efficient use of resources whilst maintaining high standards of patient care. You will support compliance with NHS contractual requirements, CQC standards, information governance regulations and organisational policies. The role includes supporting audits, quality improvement initiatives, incident investigations and complaint management processes.
