Profile A successful TA Manager should have: • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the Human Resources field. • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans. • Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance requirements. • Experience in the Not For Profit sector is advantageous but not essential.
