Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Internal Talent Acquisition Location: Kingston, Surbiton, Raynes Park, Tolworth, Epsom, New Malden, Worcester Park, Sutton, Cheam, Banstead, Leatherhead, Weybridge, Chertsey, Esher, Guildford, Surrey. Salary: £19.00 per hour + Gym access, Car Parking on site Start date : 3rd August 2026 (some flexibility) / Contract Role Our client is seeking experienced professionals to join their growing team. A contract role of 8-12 weeks, working as part of our clients busy Talent/Recruitment team, you will have proven Recruitment experience in interviewing candidates, screening, possess excellent communication skills, ability to prioritise as well able to work well under pressure to changing demands. Responsibilities • Posting job vacancies • Sifting CVs • Conducting telephone screening calls (emphasis on experience in this) • Booking candidates for F2F interviews • Receiving feedback and sending rejection emails • Setting candidates up for contracts What you will Need: • Proven experience in Recruitment sector, Agency or internal. • Experience of working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects at the same time • Excellent interpersonal and social skills, including influencing and conflict management • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
