Job description

This varied role offers exposure across both experienced hire and early careers recruitment, alongside responsibility for onboarding programmes, internship coordination and recruitment administration. You'll become an integral member of a busy, supportive team where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics for experienced hires. • Support the end-to-end graduate recruitment process, including candidate communications and assessment activities. • Organise onboarding and induction programmes for new joiners. • Coordinate internship and work experience programmes across international offices. • Liaise with HR, IT, Operations and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience. • Maintain recruitment databases, reporting and tracking systems. • Prepare documentation, process invoices and provide wider administrative support to the recruitment function. • Respond professionally to recruitment enquiries from candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders. About YouYou'll ideally come from a law firm or another professional services organisation such as accounting, consulting or property, where you have supported recruitment, HR or talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment. You'll also bring: • Previous recruitment or HR administration experience (around 12 months or more). • Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Confidence using Microsoft Office and recruitment or HR systems. • A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in talent acquisition and employee development.
