Talent Acquisition Specialist - Projects Nottinghamshire 6 month interim project Hybrid - circa 1 day per week office Client Details Michael Page is excited to be partnering with a large and dynamic organisation in the East Midlands to recruit an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist - Projects role Working within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team, this role will focus on delivering a variety of recruitment-related projects that support the organisation's wider hiring strategy. You'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the candidate experience, helping to ensure the attraction and hiring of top talent. Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Projects will lead and deliver a number of key recruitment projects, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Leading end-to-end recruitment projects, ensuring hiring objectives are delivered effectively and within agreed timescales. • Reviewing and enhancing all candidate touchpoints, including communications, email templates and recruitment documentation, ensuring they reflect organisational values and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. • Analysing recruitment data and key performance metrics to identify trends, monitor conversion rates and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. • Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and embed best practice across the recruitment function. • Supporting the continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance service delivery, candidate engagement and stakeholder satisfaction. • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to successfully implement project initiatives and drive change. Profile The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will be able to demonstrate: • Previous experience within a recruitment/talent acquisition environment, ideally within a fast-paced setting. • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships and influence at all levels. • A passion for data analysis and continuous improvement, with the ability to translate insights into meaningful actions and recommendations. Job Offer • Salary of circa £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience. • Fixed-term contract - Circa 6 months • Hybrid model - Circa 1 day per week in the office
