Here is a summary: • To provide harm reduction advice, information and support with an emphasis on safer drug use, safer sex, HIV, Hepatitis A, B and C and other blood borne infections • To offer Naloxone to all Clients due to risks presenting, or as a precautionary measure. • To facilitate access to BBV testing • Be responsible for maintaining a full case load of clients as the case manager. • To work with the housing options team and other colleagues to reduce stigma for people who use drugs and alcohol. And to reduce stigma for people with homelessness complexities to enable access to care and support in the community • To build relationships with service users who are homeless or at risk of being homeless with the aim of maximising engagement with substance use support in the community. • A key element is to provide access to long-term recovery support through recovery communities and LEROs.
