Are you a Private Client Tax Associate Director looking to grow you career? The client is a leading firm based in Cambridge, experiencing rapid growth. Their clients include high-net-worth individuals and businesses offering a varied range of services. They are looking for ambitious individuals to join their Private Client Tax team to aid their growth. Responsibilities: As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will… • Manage a diverse portfolio of personal clients with complex tax affairs, including high-net-worth individuals, agricultural clients, entrepreneurs, partnerships, and trusts • Support Partners and Directors with tax planning initiatives—and take the lead when appropriate—on matters such as succession planning through trusts and corporate structures, as well as capital gains and inheritance tax planning • Collaborating with other service lines, such as Accounts and Corporate Tax, to deliver integrated solutions to clients • Review and oversee compliance work and core advisory tasks completed by junior team members • Maintain strong client relationships while supporting senior team members in identifying opportunities for new engagements and service expansion • Support the development of junior team members by providing timely feedback and assisting with both their technical and professional growth Requirements: As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will need… • ACA or ACCA and CTA • Experience and strong understanding of Private Client tax issues • Proven technical knowledge and capability to communicate complex messages to your client base • Experience in tax planning/advisory • Management and organisational experience Benefits: As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will get… • Hybrid working model (Role dependant) • Generous holiday package • Shared parental leave • Fully funded training towards qualifications • Private medical insurance Are you an Tax Associate Director looking to positively contribute to a growing firm?
