Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of tax matters, including Corporate Tax, M&A, Tax Structuring and high level Tax advisory services. • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored tax strategies that align with their objectives. • Support clients in navigating tax considerations during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. • Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster growth and development. Requirements: • A strong background in tax having worked in either Practice or in-house tax teams with a proven track record within Corporate Tax Advisory. • In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Professional qualifications such as CTA or equivalent are desirable.
