Are you a Deals or M&A Tax professional with a consultative approach to tax management? Could you see yourself in a growing firm where no days are the same, and you have a unique opportunity to hone your skills with cross-cluster work? Our client, a large Consultancy firm, are expanding their Tax & Legal division to hire at both Senior Manager and Director levels across their teams within Real Estate, Private Equity, Corporate Financial Services and Energy Infrastructure. Offering up to £115,000 / £150,000 (Director level) with a little flexibility DoE, plus 2 days working from home, discretionary bonus and strong wider benefits. This position can be based in multiple locations across the UK such as Scotland, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, London or Bristol! You will be involved in: • Working with Partner level executives to deliver complex but pragmatic solutions and an exceptional advisory service. • Develop and maintain meaningful business relationships internally and externally with clients. • Perform deep analysis, data analysis and trends within tax documentation and regulations. • Highlight an accurate and updated knowledge of key tax regulations within the UK and other complex jurisdictions. • Have an ambitious and proactive nature with a willingness to support thought leadership and strategies within the tax deal advisory division. Ideally you will be or have significant experience in: • Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CA OR CTA). • Strong communication, relationship driven, interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels including executive / board level. • Significant experience and knowledge of UK tax law and accounting principles. • Experience within Private Equity, large financial services, corporate services or a global energy firm AND tax structuring. • A driven approach with an ability to confidently advise and coach others.
