This is a full-time opportunity in Barking and Dagenham, working Monday to Friday, where you'll receive excellent support and training while building a rewarding career as a Teaching Assistant. The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. • Help children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and additional needs. • Encourage communication, confidence and independence. • Work alongside experienced teachers and therapists to help every pupil achieve their potential. We're Looking For • Experience as a Support Worker, HCA, Care Worker, Youth Worker, Nursery Practitioner or similar. • Personal experience supporting a child or family member with SEN is also welcomed. • A positive, patient and professional attitude. • Full-time availability, Monday-Friday. • A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
