Job description

Tradewind Recruitment a recruiting on behalf of a successful primary school in Chester who are seeking a Teaching Assistant from September 2026. The role is a full time post due to start from the 2nd September and will run through until October half term. The school are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working in a specialist SEND provision within a mainstream primary school. As a Teaching assistant you will be asked to support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons, creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupils with SEMH. To be considered for this role, we will need - • Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate. • A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment. • A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us.
