Key Responsibilities As Teaching Assistant: • Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning through classroom support, small group work, and one-to-one interventions, helping pupils achieve their individual learning goals. • Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, contributing to personalised learning plans and supporting positive educational, social, and emotional outcomes. • Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to develop engaging, differentiated learning experiences and maintain effective learning resources and classroom environments. • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour by creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. • Contribute to the wider school community through professional development, teamwork, quality assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance teaching and learning.
