Teaching Assistant - Ealing | September Start Location: Ealing, West London Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only Salary: £100-£110 per day (dependent on experience) Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Ealing from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential while working as part of a supportive and experienced team. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils within the classroom to enhance their learning and engagement. Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning objectives. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation. Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe learning environment. Support pupils with additional learning needs where required. Help foster pupils' confidence, independence, and social development.
