Part-Time Supply Support Assistant • Location: School-Based • Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary Supply • Start Date: Early September 2026 • Hours: 9:00am – 12:00pm, 3–4 days per week • Salary: Competitive We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Supply Support Assistant to join our school from early September. This role is crucial in supporting the classroom environment and enhancing the learning experience for pupils. Day-to-day of the role: • Support pupils with their learning and development within the classroom. • Work alongside teachers to deliver activities and learning tasks. • Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. • Provide individual or small-group support where necessary. • Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence. • Support classroom preparation and organisation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting. • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, caring nature, and adaptability. • Effective team working capabilities. • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
