Part-Time Supply Support Assistant • Location: School-Based • Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary Supply • Start Date: Early September 2026 • Hours: 9:00am – 12:00pm, 3–4 days per week • Salary: Competitive We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Supply Support Assistant to join our school from early September. This role is crucial in supporting the classroom environment and enhancing the learning experience for pupils. If you are passionate about education and thrive in a supportive and dynamic setting, this opportunity is for you. Day-to-day of the role: • Support pupils with their learning and development within the classroom. • Work alongside teachers to deliver activities and learning tasks. • Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. • Provide individual or small-group support where necessary. • Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence. • Support classroom preparation and organisation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting. • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, caring nature, and adaptability. • Effective team working capabilities. • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
