The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide academic, pastoral, and behavioural support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role will involve working both within the classroom and providing targeted support for individual students and small groups. Key Responsibilities • Support students in lessons to help them access the curriculum. • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences. • Provide one-to-one and small group interventions where required. • Assist students with SEND, EAL, or additional learning needs. • Encourage positive behaviour and student engagement. • Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. • Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing.
