Position Details: • Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom • Contract Type: Full-time • Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 • Start Date: ASAP • Pay Rate: £14 - £16 per hour What You'll Do: • Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring their individual learning goals are met. • Assist with the implementation of specialized learning plans and educational interventions. • Create and maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. • Collaborate with the teaching team, parents, and external professionals to develop tailored strategies for each student's progress. • Monitor and report on students' academic and social-emotional development. • Support students during outings, field trips, and extracurricular activities. What We're Looking For: • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. • Relevant experience or qualifications in special education (desirable but not essential). • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
