Requirements for the Role • Prior experience working in a child-centred environment (e.g., classrooms, nurseries, youth work). • Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in both English Language and Mathematics. • A warm, empathetic, and flexible approach to managing varied classroom tasks. • A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one with us). • Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with pupils, teachers, and external visitors.
