Teaching Assistant - Sporty Teaching Assistant - Year 3 & ASD Support - Haringey Primary SchoolAre you a passionate Teaching Assistant with a love of sport? Perhaps you're a sports coach, graduate, or an energetic Teaching Assistant looking to inspire children both inside and outside the classroom? A vibrant Primary School in Haringey, North London is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 team. This exciting Teaching Assistant role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, building positive relationships with children, and using sport to motivate and engage pupils. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work predominantly within a Year 3 classroom, supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum. You will also provide occasional 1:1 support for a young boy with Autism (ASD), helping him remain engaged, regulate his emotions, and enjoy a successful school day. The school is particularly keen to hear from Teaching Assistant candidates who have a sporting background, whether through coaching, playing, or studying sport. Your enthusiasm and positive energy will be a real asset to both the pupils and the wider school community.
