We work with a variety of schools, including mainstream primary schools, SEND settings, and schools that follow creative and child-centred approaches to learning. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, assisting with classroom activities, small group interventions, and one-to-one support where required. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS • Location - East London • Position - Daily Supply Teaching Assistant / Supply Cover Staff • Type of work - Classroom support, intervention groups, 1:1 support, SEND support, general classroom assistance, and cover supervision where required • Contract or position start date - September 2026 • Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing • Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary Supply • Full time/part time - Flexible • Rate of pay - £100 - £130 per day (dependent on experience and role) • Hours - Typically 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (term time only) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience working with children is desirable • Experience within a UK school setting is advantageous • A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential • Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year is preferred • Graduates considering a career in education are encouraged to apply TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: • Hold Right to Work in the UK • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application • Provide two professional child-related references that cover at least the last two years
