We are currently looking for compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across the following schools:
• Applegarth Academy (New Addington)
• Beddington Park Academy (Croydon)
• Benedict Academy (Mitcham)
• David Livingstone Academy (Thornton Heath)
• Gonville Academy (Thornton Heath)
• Heathfield Academy (Croydon)
• La Fontaine Academy (Bromley)
• Park Academy (Wimbledon)
• Tudor Academy (New Addington)
• Angel Oak Academy (Peckham)
• Turnham Academy (Brockley)
• Westbridge Academy (Clapham)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
• Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored learning activities
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence and independence
• Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN within a UK school setting – essential
• Experience working with pupils with a range of additional needs
• Patient, proactive and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
