Key Duties: • Provide 1-on-1 and small-group academic support to high school students (KS3 & KS4). • Partner with subject teachers to keep lessons structured, focused, and on track. • Encourage positive behaviour, attendance, and active participation in class. • Assist teenagers with revision, coursework, and developing key study habits. • Help adapt learning materials and classroom resources to fit individual student needs. • Monitor student progress and give valuable feedback to classroom teachers.
