The Role: What You'll DoAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. What We Are Looking ForExperience working with children is essential for this role. To be successful, you will need: • Previous experience working in an education setting or a similar youth-support role. • Proven experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). • An Enhanced Child DBS check and EWC Registration (or a willingness to apply for both). • A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is highly desirable, though not essential.
