Job description

We have an exciting new role which will involve overseeing the daily running of a busy E Solutions department working closely with the Sales, Operations and Contract Logistics Teams. Our client is interested in motivated and dynamic candidates who have experience of managing teams, some experience with Logistics/E-commerce would be an advantage. Role Duties will involve the following - • Support the E Solutions Product Manager in organising and overseeing the team’s daily workload. • Work closely with Sales, Contract Logistics, and the Product Manager to ensure best in class carrier services. • Provide cover for the E Solutions Product Manager when required. • Collaborate with multi carrier platform teams to develop and test new system functions and features including managing invoicing and carrier invoice reconciliation. • Create SOPs and training manuals for all E Solutions processes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with parcel carrier suppliers to ensure service quality meets customer expectations. • Escalate operational issues including missing parcels, claims, and customer complaints. • Support onboarding of new customers and conduct Beta testing. • Assist with the creation of inbound and outbound consignments. • Provide quotes for new business opportunities and general courier services. Experience Requirements: • Proven experience in managing a team • Previous experience working with parcel carriers (desirable) • Strong ability to delegate tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong track record of customer service. • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment. • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and efficiently manage workload • Experience at Team Leader level • Excellent planning and organisational skills Monday - Friday 37.5 hours between core hours 8am - 6pm Benefits include 25 days and Private Medical insurance
