Team Leader/Manager - Locality West (Generic Adult Social Care) - Leicester City Council

Our client, Leicester City Council, is seeking an agency Team Leader/Manager for its Locality Service in adult social care. This is a full-time post, likely to last 3 months initially. Paid at £42 per hour (umbrella). The role will involve the following: • Managing a generic/locality service for adults • The team mainly works with older adults or adults with a physical disability, along with issues such as substance misuse, homelessness etc. • Supervising and supporting social workers • Managing caseloads and performance • Safeguarding and risk management • Quality assurance • This role will be hybrid with a minimum requirement to come to the office 2 days per week to interact and provide 1:1 to the staff and team meeting Please let me know if you are interested?
