Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Permanent Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food and running an efficient kitchen? We're looking for a motivated Back of House Team Leader to join our team at Libertine Burger Rugby. At Libertine Burger, we're all about producing award-winning burgers in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives under pressure and enjoys bringing the best out of those around them. Hospitality experience is preferred for this role, but more importantly we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong leadership qualities and a desire to grow with the business. What you'll be doing day-to-day As a Back of House Team Leader, you'll work alongside the Kitchen Manager and management team to help deliver exceptional food and maintain the high standards Libertine Burger is known for. Leading the Kitchen Team • Lead by example during service, maintaining a calm, organised and positive kitchen. • Motivate and support the team throughout busy shifts. • Help train and develop new kitchen team members. Delivering Outstanding Food • Ensure every burger leaves the kitchen to our award-winning standards. • Maintain consistency, speed and quality throughout every service. • Take pride in presentation and attention to detail. Keeping the Kitchen Running Smoothly • Help manage prep, stock rotation and organisation throughout the day. • Support with deliveries, stock control and minimising waste. • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and fully compliant with food safety standards. Supporting the Management Team • Assist with opening and closing procedures. • Help maintain labour efficiency and kitchen productivity. • Step up to support the Kitchen Manager whenever required.
