Team Manager - Adult Mental Health

Our client, a North London borough, is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Adult Mental Health team. The role is paid at £43 per hour. The role will involve the following: • Forensic services • Managing day to day operations within the team, including assessment, case management, support planning and review • Ensuring incoming work is screened, prioritised, and allocated appropriately, with timely case turnover. • Leading safeguarding adults work under the Care Act 2014, including s.42 enquiries. • Ensuring risk assessment and risk management processes are robust. • Section 117 • Performance management • Strong Leadership Please let me know if you are interested? Requirements of the role: • Qualified Social Worker • Fully Social Work England registered • Must have experience as a Team Manager managing social work staff • Must have significant experience and knowledge of working in adult mental health settings and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding frameworks • Must be a strong leader • Must have proven track record in performance management Please contact me asap to discuss in more detail.
