Team Manager

We’re recruiting two full-time, permanent Team Managers to join our Rockingham site in Corby., working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 shifts. If you enjoy motivating teams, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step. We’re looking for hands-on leaders who can inspire colleagues, maintain high standards and deliver strong performance across safety, productivity and service. Pay, benefits and more: We’re offering a salary of £30,000- £32,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts What you’ll do on a typical day: • Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with site procedures • Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs • Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies • Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levels What you need to succeed at GXO: • Previous supervisory or team-leader experience within a warehouse environment • Strong communication and people-management skills • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement • A safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
