Technical Manager

Technical Manager North London | Full-Time | £50,000 - £65,000 DOE I'm seeking a Technical Manager to lead food safety, quality, and compliance within a fast-paced food-to-go manufacturing site. This role is key to maintaining high standards while supporting a high-volume, short shelf-life operation. Key Responsibilities • Lead site technical function and ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, and legislation • Manage audits, customer relationships, and regulatory requirements • Drive a strong food safety and quality culture • Investigate complaints/non-conformances and implement corrective actions • Manage specifications, traceability, and labelling compliance About You • Experience in a Technical Manager/Senior Technical role within food manufacturing • Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and retailer standards • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Strong leadership and communication skills If you’re driven by quality, thrive under pressure, and want to make a real impact - apply and I'll be in touch.
