The Role / Company Our client is a successful and growing Wealth Management practice seeking a Technical Wealth Planning Administrator / Junior Paraplanner to provide high-level support to the Advisers within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys the technical side of wealth planning and wants to further develop their knowledge and career within a professional and highly regarded firm. You will work closely with the Advisers, taking responsibility for producing client documentation, processing new business and ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service throughout the advice process. As a Technical Wealth Planning Administrator / Junior Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include: • Producing suitability reports, client correspondence and recommendation documentation • Preparing quotations, illustrations, valuations and other technical documentation • Processing new business accurately and efficiently in line with FCA and company standards • Providing administrative and technical support to Advisers To be successful in this role you will need: • Experience working within an SJP Practice, IFA or Wealth Management environment Desirable: • Progress towards Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or ambition to study towards qualifications What our client offers: • Salary of £40,000 • Discretionary bonus • 5% employer pension contribution • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the London office) • Career progression towards a paraplanning role If you're an experienced Wealth Planning Administrator looking for a more technical role and the opportunity to develop into a Junior Paraplanner, we'd love to hear from you.
