This is a long-term opportunity within a respected production environment, offering strong potential for permanent employment and career progression. Key Responsibilities • Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems within a manufacturing environment. • Carry out fault-finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime. • Support production and engineering teams with technical issues. • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team. • Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality standards at all times. Requirements • Experience in maintaining mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Experience supporting or training production/engineering teams. • PLC or vision systems experience is advantageous (not essential). Desirable Experience • High-volume manufacturing environments. • Knowledge of OEE, TPM, and SPC. • Maintenance or technical support background.
