We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️   📍Remote (within the UK) | 💰£59,500 - £75,000 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + Benefits ✨ ⭐️ Our Technology Risk team We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Technology Risk Senior Analyst to join our growing Technology Risk Oversight team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of our technology estate, protecting our customers' data and maintaining the trust they place in us. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we manage technology risks. 🔑You’ll play a key role by... Risk Assessment and Analysis: • Proactively identify and assess technology risks across Monzo’s cloud-native infrastructure and applications. • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements. • Analyze and interpret risk data to provide actionable insights. Risk Management: • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies tailored to a modern, cloud-first environment. • Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation activities. • Assist in the development of risk appetite statements and tolerance levels. Reporting and Communication: • Communicate complex technical risk information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for management. • Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization. Continuous Improvement: • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology risks, security trends, and regulatory changes. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools. • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
