Job description

Are you an Administrative Assistant from an investment or corporate background looking to thrive in a team orientated environment? A global investment firm is looking for an approachable, friendly and proactive admin assistant on a full-time basis for a duration of 6 months with a possible extension of up to 18 months and if successful, the potential to join the team permanently. The role is an impressive development into becoming a high performing Executive Assistant. Located in a stunning, sleek building, compromising cutting edge technology and amenities, the successful candidate will play a key role in calendar management, arranging meetings and domestic and international travel whilst supporting warm and welcoming MDs, associates and junior VP level. A minimum of 2 years' experience as an assistant/coordinator within a fast-paced corporate environment, e.g. PR, Consultancy, Media. The ideal candidate would be a highly organised and competent individual who is client facing in their communication. Key job responsibilities: • Diary management for MDs, VPs and Associates. • Coordinating conference calls, domestic and international travels. • Supporting executives across APAC and EMEA • Liaising with the global assistant team, specifically building relationships with assistants in London. • General administrative duties from invoicing, submissions, and other ad hoc projects as requested. • Manage incoming phone calls, take detailed and accurate messages • Act as an integral member of the support team; maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support required. What we’re looking for: • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills. • Ability to manage competing time sensitive priorities and tasks. • Supportive team player that works well across changing environments. • Minimum of 1–2-years of experience supporting executives in investment and customer service industries. Additional details: 18 inclusive of holiday pay | 5 days in office. The role consists of 5 days in the office (40hrs).
