Temporary Commercial Operations Coordinator

TWO MONTH CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE START What’s in it for you? • Opportunity to join a fast-paced commercial operations team within a growing business • Gain valuable experience across customer service, logistics, supply chain, and operations • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment • Varied role with the chance to build strong relationships with customers and logistics providers • Potential for contract extension based on business needs Must haves • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics, FMCG, or supply chain environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving • Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel • Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships Nice to haves • Experience using ERP systems • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or order processing environments • Experience working with third-party logistics providers So, what will you be doing? • Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems • Ensuring orders meet customer-specific requirements and agreements • Managing delivery issues and customer complaints, escalating where required • Maintaining accurate ERP data including stock, pricing, and product information • Producing reports and supporting forecasting activities alongside planning teams • Building strong relationships with customers and logistics partners • Monitoring customer stock levels to maximise product availability • Processing import and export documentation to support smooth operations • Following established processes to ensure accuracy and compliance • Providing support and cover for wider team activities when required Helpful extras • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for teamwork • Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate positive outcomes • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment Interested?
