Temporary Customer Service Advisor – Immediate Start!

Elite Personnel is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. This is not a sales role. You’ll be contacting customers who have recently made a purchase to follow up on their experience, gather feedback on the service they received, and ensure they are happy with their purchase. If you enjoy talking to people and providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you. The Role: • Calling customers following a recent purchase • Gathering customer feedback on their experience • Recording information accurately on the system • Providing a professional and friendly service • No cold calling and no sales targets What We’re Looking For: • Excellent communication skills • Friendly and confident telephone manner • Good computer skills • Reliable and available to start immediately What’s on Offer? • £12.71 per hour • Weekly pay through Elite Personnel • Free onsite parking • Monday to Friday working hours • Potential for the assignment to be extended Please note: To be considered for this role, we will require a copy of your valid UK Right to Work documentation.
