Temporary Inbound Customer Service Advisor

We’re looking for friendly, professional Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a short-term contract to support a busy period. This is a fast-paced inbound customer service role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service over the phone and via email. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems and delivering a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilites: • Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently. • Resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible. • Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed notes. • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required. • Meet individual and team service level targets. • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction. About You: • Previous customer service or contact centre experience. • Excellent communication and listening skills. • A positive, empathetic and professional telephone manner. • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple enquiries.
