We're looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Remote Sales Advisors to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, helping customers make important purchasing decisions and exceeding sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
This is a sales-focused role where you'll be responsible for converting enquiries into sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll speak with customers via live chat, telephone and email, guiding them through our jewellery collections, understanding their needs and confidently recommending the perfect piece. Every conversation is an opportunity to build trust, increase basket value and create a memorable customer experience.
You'll be measured against sales performance and KPIs, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working towards targets and takes pride in achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Converting customer enquiries into sales across live chat, email and telephone.
• Building rapport with customers and understanding their requirements.
• Recommending jewellery based on customer preferences, budget and occasion.
• Using upselling, cross-selling and link-selling techniques to maximise revenue.
• Following up with customers to recover abandoned baskets and prevent order cancellations.
• Delivering a luxury customer experience from first contact through to purchase.
• Supporting customers throughout the buying journey and after-sales process.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
• Performing fraud checks in line with company procedures.
• Managing your customer workload to ensure enquiries are responded to promptly.
• Working closely with internal teams to keep customers informed about their orders.
• Handling customer concerns professionally while protecting sales opportunities wherever possible.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a sales or target-driven customer service role.
• A proven ability to build rapport and confidently close sales.
• Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
• Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
• Experience using Outlook, Microsoft Teams or Live Chat systems is advantageous.
• A quiet home-working environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Your own laptop or desktop computer (equipment is not provided).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and additional hours during peak trading periods.
Available Contracts & Shift Patterns: We have 3 remote positions available:
We currently have varied contracts available, with hours spread across our opening times:
Monday to Friday, 7am – 10pm and Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 9pm.
Shift patterns are pre-set and not rotational. If you have any questions about the shifts, please get in touch before applying.

Below are the available shift patterns we are hiring for:
Contract 10 - 36 Hours
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Thursday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Contract 11 - 12 Hours
Friday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Contract 6 - 30 Hours
Monday & Wednesday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Thursday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Full training will be provided before you begin your role.
Training will take place as a group during September 2026, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Once training has been successfully completed, you'll move onto your contracted shift pattern.

• Training will begin in September 2026 and will take place in a group setting between 9am – 5pm.
