Tendering Engineer Nottingham £40,000 to £55,000 + £1,000 to £5,000 Fixed Bonus + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Tendering Engineer looking to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in securing major engineering projects? Do you enjoy preparing winning bids, working with technical teams, and building a long term career within the utilities and energy sector? Our client is a well established engineering business delivering innovative solutions across the utilities and energy industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Tendering Engineer to support the sales team with the preparation and delivery of high quality bids for major projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the full sales lifecycle while working alongside experienced technical and commercial professionals. As the Tendering Engineer, you will coordinate incoming enquiries, prepare technical tender submissions, review customer specifications and drawings, and work closely with internal stakeholders to produce compelling proposals. You will manage tender programmes, maintain bid documentation, organise stakeholder meetings, and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within strict deadlines. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Tendering, Estimating, Bid Management or Project Management role. Experience within the utilities or energy sector would be advantageous, although candidates with a strong technical background and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
