We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and fashion-savvy person to join our growing vintage clothing business in Tonbridge. Your main role will be listing stock on Whatnot, helping prepare live sales, great communicating skills and assisting with evening Whatnot streams. Role Responsibilities • Listing vintage and retro clothing items on Whatnot • Writing clear, accurate item descriptions Taking good-quality product photos/videos • Great communication skills • Researching brands, eras, and resale values • Organising stock and keeping inventory updated • Assisting with the build up of live Whatnot shows and evening streams • Packing and preparing sold items for shipping Ideal Candidate • Interest in vintage, Y2K, streetwear, or retro fashion • Good attention to detail • Confident using smartphones/apps/social media • Basic knowledge of brands and clothing styles preferred • Reliable, organised, and confident in front of a camera • Must have a driving licence and be able to drive • Must be available for some evening shifts and live streams • Previous Whatnot, Depop, Vinted, or eBay experience is a bonus What We Offer • Flexible shift patterns • Opportunity to grow with the business • Fun, fast-paced vintage environment • Staff discounts and access to unique stock • Performance bonuses available when targets are hit Location: Tonbridge, Kent Schedule: 5 days per week, including a mix of day and evening shifts (e.g. 2 daytime shifts and 2 evening stream shifts) Pay: £15 per hour + bonus opportunities for hitting targets To apply, send a short message about yourself and any experience with vintage clothing or resale platforms.
