Trainee BDM/Telesales - Real Estate Finance

A Specialist Bridging Finance Lender in the city (Liverpool street) are gearing up to take a larger chunk of the market and are looking for 10 new Telephone based Sales Executives to start in the next few months. • The role is focused on developing business relationships with Brokers and intermediaries through regular telephone contact in order to secure a property finance deal. • A property developer who is looking for perhaps £500k would seek finance through a broker, Your job is to source these potential deals through calling the brokers regularly. • No experience is required, though you need to be hungry and under no illusion that this is a pure sales and development opportunity, based in a highly professional city office. • You will be measured and rewarded by KPI performance and ultimately how many property deals " cross the line" . • You will need to have 1st class communication skills. • Full training will be given via a comprehensive 2 week training programme. • To give you an indication of who has been successful in this role, two positions have recently been offered to a call centre operative and a retail customer sales rep in a clothing shop. • The role offers a basic salary and a monthly commission, additionally genuine scope for a long term career within a growing Real Estate Lender.
