Trainee Estate Agent

We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our growing team. No previous estate agency experience is required – we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in the property industry. What You'll Be Doing • Assisting buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout their property journey. • Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements. • Arranging and conducting property viewings. • Generating new business opportunities through proactive communication. • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service. • Supporting the sales team with negotiations and progressing sales. • Keeping property records and CRM systems up to date. • Learning all aspects of residential sales and lettings. What We're Looking For • A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service skills. • A willingness to learn and develop. • Confidence working towards targets. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred/essential depending on your business).
