The role will involve: • Speaking with tenants, landlords and applicants • Arranging and attending property viewings • Supporting the lettings team with enquiries and bookings • Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements • Helping with general administration linked to the lettings process • Building strong relationships with clients and customers • Learning the full lettings process from start to finish The ideal candidate will have: • A confident and friendly telephone manner • Strong communication and customer service skills • Good attention to detail • A professional and positive approach • A genuine interest in property • The ability to work well as part of a team • A full UK driving licence would be beneficial This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to get into the property industry and develop their skills with a supportive company who will invest time into their training.
