Job description
Associate Financial Adviser
Wimbledon, office based
£25,000 – £30,000 + Bonus + Fully Funded Exams
Are you a graduate looking to build a long-term career in financial planning?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, ambitious wealth management firm in Wimbledon that doubled its Assets (FUM) last year and has exciting growth plans ahead.
With the team set to grow to 18 employees by September, there's never been a better time to join (with another 3hires in the pipeline).
The Opportunity
This role has been designed as the first step towards becoming a Financial Adviser. You'll learn the profession from the ground up, receiving structured training, exam support and hands-on experience.
Unlike many firms, there are no dedicated administrators or paraplanners. As an Associate Adviser, you'll work closely with advisers and gain exposure to every aspect of the client journey, giving you a comprehensive understanding of financial planning. Previous Associates have successfully progressed through this pathway, proving the model works.
You'll receive:
• A dedicated manager and buddy to support your development.
• Full support towards your Level 4 Diploma.
• Clear progression into an Adviser role with salary increases and a fee-sharing arrangement once qualified.
• Annual bonus.
We're looking for someone who is:
• Degree educated (Bachelor's preferred, Master's advantageous).
• Naturally curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Positive, driven and enjoys solving problems.
• Comfortable using technology, advantage if you can use Google Workspace and Excel.
• Based within a commutable distance of Wimbledon.
Salary & Benefits
• £25,000–£30,000 starting salary.
• Salary increase to up to £35,000 upon achieving Level 4.
• Annual bonus.
• Fully funded professional exams.
• Long-term career path to becoming a Financial Adviser.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
• Office-based in Wimbledon.
Internship Opportunity: We also offer a paid internship (approximately three months) at the London Living Wage for graduates looking to gain valuable experience before moving into a permanent Associate position.
