Trainee Insurance Advisor

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent insurance broker based in Crewe, is looking to recruit a Trainee Insurance Advisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a good level of education who is looking to begin a rewarding career within the insurance industry. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for an ambitious individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to learn. The Role As a Trainee Insurance Advisor, you will receive comprehensive training while developing the knowledge and skills needed to provide professional insurance advice to clients. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will build lasting customer relationships and play an important role in delivering outstanding service. Key responsibilities include: • Speaking with new and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements. • Assisting customers with insurance quotations and policy enquiries. • Providing a high standard of customer service via telephone and email. • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients. • Learning about a broad range of insurance products and industry regulations. • Maintaining accurate customer records and administrative documentation. • Working closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Ideal Candidate Our client is looking for someone who is: • A graduate or educated to a good standard (A Levels, Degree or equivalent). • Friendly, confident and professional. • Energetic, enthusiastic and eager to develop a successful career. • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Well organised with excellent attention to detail. • Proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative. • A strong team player with a positive attitude. • Competent using Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Previous insurance experience is not required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
