Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Job Title: Trainee Lettings Negotiator Location: Sutton Coldfield Type: Full-time Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 basic Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm weekdays, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays until 1:00pm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Sutton Coldfield. The role will involve learning all aspects of the lettings process, including registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, generating new business, and providing a high level of customer service throughout. Key Responsibilities • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties • Arranging and conducting property viewings • Supporting with negotiating offers between landlords and tenants • Assisting in generating new business opportunities • Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants • Managing enquiries over the phone, by email, and face-to-face • Learning the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in • Working towards individual and team targets Ideal Candidate • Previous customer service or sales experience would be beneficial • A genuine interest in property and a desire to build a career in lettings • Confident, well presented, and professional • Strong communication and customer service skills • Motivated, proactive, and target driven • Full UK driving license preferred • Keen to learn and develop within a successful estate agency environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and well-established company that offers full training, genuine career progression, ongoing support, and an excellent working environment within a thriving Sutton Coldfield office.
